Application Fields:
This type sterilizing and cooling tunnel is widely used to sterilize and cool down bottle, can type acidic dairy milk, fruit juicebeverage, electrolyte beverage, wine and seasoning product etc.
Working Principle:
Transportation belt conveying those full packaged and sealed beverage into the sterilization section, then to be sterilized by high temperature hot water spraying, use warm water to pre-cooling product, and use low temperature water cool down product temperature, finally use top stainless steel nozzle spraying soft water to clean all product
Equipment characteristics:
Continuous spraying sterilization cooling tunnel adopts circulating warm water preheating, circulating hot water sterilization, circulating warm water precooling, and then cooling water spray cooling, four-stage processing form; it has the advantages of automatic control of sterilization temperature and stepless adjustment of sterilization time
